Personal delivery tracking system for businesses.
Context
Trakii is a UK-based start-up aiming to offer businesses a personalised, fully customisable delivery tracking system for their shipments. The Trakii software enables businesses to use individual branding throughout their customer-facing interfaces, while maintaining a high level user experience throughout the delivery flow.
The brief
The team at Trakii required a compelling visual identity that engaged with its target audience. With businesses from many different industries being their potential customers, the brand needed to convey consistency and reliability, while being modern and forward-thinking.
Brand
Trakii, like many other software brands it is surrounded by, is a fun yet professional entity. It desired a friendly face over its technical innovations, something customers felt comfortable and at ease with.
A rounded sans-serif font was chosen alongside an informal colour palette, emphasising a softer visual identity. The font also lends itself well to the platform typography, clear and accessible.
The iconography that DH created was a simple design of courier and customer exchanging a parcel, fitting seamlessly in amongst the two i's of Trakii.
Results
Trakii is still under development internally and the team is connecting with many businesses looking to outsource and improve their delivery tracking.
