Their online experiences let customers bring the essence of Valencia to their homes, whilst their guided tours blend unique gastronomic experience and wine-pairing with the most emblematic venues of the city. Sea Saffron required a new and modern website that would captivate their audience and increase bookings for their premium tours. Their website also needed to better reflect their brand identity and values, promoting the quality of their services.
The new platform was designed heavily around the current brand identity, which made use of a vibrant colour scheme, and lots of two-tone effects with typography. DH wanted to replicate that throughout the site, and so use of punctuation was an opportunity to do so.
Sea Saffron had a wide variety of premium photos taken while on their tours, that captured the great experiences and memories had by their customers. DH was keen to display these throughout the site in many different features.
Ultimately the new website needed to increase conversions, and so analysis of user journeys was important here. What do their audience want to see? How can they be encouraged along the booking process?
Throughout the pandemic, Sea Saffron adapted by offering online experiences, and DH was there to support with further website updates and technical advice for filming.
