A premium property developer deserving of a premium brand.
Context
Dynamic Property Group are property developers based in the south of England, who are passionate about creating great homes for people to live in. They strive to produce amazing houses with a focus on sustainability and innovation. They work with experienced architects, designers and tradespeople to ensure that the houses built have a comfortable, natural and premium feel.
The brief
With a widening portfolio and greater digital exposure, Dynamic Property Group was in need of an improved brand identity and public image. It was important to them that their visuals highlighted their professionalism and focus on sustainability.
Brand
DH worked closely with DPG to create visuals that they strongly identified with, and that worked well for both digital and physical use cases. Many variations of the final result were assessed. With such a long name it was important to have some link to the business acronym, and so this was incorporated into the iconography. Finally, DPG requested the use of green to tie into their sustainability values, and so this became a useful accent colour as part of the main palette.
Web
DPG’s website made use of the brand identity previously created, with the logo, colour scheme, and typography woven into the design. It was important to Dynamic Property Group that they could upload lots of images of their previous projects in a gallery, so this feature was implemented.
Media
Finally DPG asked for photography and videography of their latest completed project. With minimal time available DH were able to create a wide array of images, as well as short edited video of the entire property. The logo was animated in as a last detail.
